Anyway, it may be hard for the first week or so, but it gets easier, and then you sincerley enjoy it. Not many people on this board do the challenge, so I always visit a site www.leanandstrong.com
It is a message board full of people doing the challenge, and they also have a "transformation gallery" full of before and after pictures from the people who are members of the board. The board moves very fast!!! But it is a great place to meet other challengers. Check out "Little Chyna's" profile. You can do that by clicking the "profiles" tab and then click her name. She is AWESOME! She is at 9-10 % bodyfat, which is too low for my taste, but she is planning on competeing now.
