This is an interesting thread. I also think that our upbringing has a lot to do with our relationship with food. My mother served a lot of processed food, like margerine and hamburger helper, and long term I don't think that was good for my body. My siblings are having the same struggle that I am. And we didn't learn healthy eating habits until we were older and had to reteach ourselves how to eat well.
Home cooked meals, more vegetables, less carbs, and more fresh foods are the plan for me nowadays.
