Question Slim Fast Questions?
Hello I wanted to know if anyone on here does the slim fast shake diet and can you make them with 2% milk? Thanks in advance!

I don't do the 321 plan but I incorporate the ready made shakes and bars into my own diet plan. And I'm pretty sure you can make the powered shakes with any milk you want.

Yup you can use 2% milk. You just need to adjust the calorie intake.
