Today was less great. I stayed on plan though! I woke up with a headache and I was pretty hungry.

I ended up needing an extra shake, entree and FVs.

4 shakes
3 entrees
1 bar
8 fruit and veggie servings.

I'm pretty content right now though. I just needed more food today. We'll see how tomorrow goes.

I ate soooo much today. This is why I am fat. Stayed on plan though.

2 shakes
4 entrees
1 bar
14 servings of fruits and veggies

Oh. Plus I drank an entire gallon of water.

Today is day 7. I have found the past few days my appetite has gone down. Not nearly as hungry as I was the first 4 days. I actually feel like I can do this long term.

I weighed in today and I lost 2lbs. I was hoping for more but the truth is I did not exercise AT ALL. I'm hoping to purchase a treadmill soon. So I'm going to wait until I can do a full week on plan with the appropriate exercise to see if want to stick with it.

Default Is anyone Still Doing Doing The Simple Diet?

Hello,
I have done this plan before with good results. I always enjoyed having the food planned and made some of my entrees; and then used the frozen ones when I didn't have time to cook or any in my freezer.

I think this is a good plan because I am eating fresh fruit and veggies. Only drawback is that the frozen meals contain so much sodium so I love to make my own that fit in the guidelines.

Would love to hear from others that are doing this and maybe we can do this together. I was at my goal but have gained 10# since Thanksgiving so need to get it off before Spring.

I just started it. I love not having to prep meals 3 times a day. Just blender and microwave.

Default Love the Simple Diet

Welcome Charlie
I love this way of eating. So simple yet effective. I have been calorie counting recently, but plan on getting back to this eating plan soon. Makes a nice break from counting everything.

Default Dr Anderson's Simple Diet Restart

I am restarting this plan today. Just wondering if anyone is currently following this? I have done this in the past to get me started on better portion control and to get back on track after gaining a few pounds.
Also, since it is so convenient, it is wonderful for a busy schedule.
Hope to hear from others that are following this plan.

I am going to look into this. Seems like people are having good results and convenient which is the main problem that seems to derail me. Did the South Beach diet and lost a bunch of weight but found it hard to maintain.

Anyone have a link to more info on this diet plan?
