My calorie burn is around 2,000 when I don't exercise too. I was looking at my numbers from when I first got my BB & my first month I was averaging about 2,282 calories burned per day, the second 2,310 & so far this month I've averaged 2,425.
Would anyone be interested in doing some daily reporting on their numbers? I think that might help me to stay motivated a little more.
My numbers from yesterday are:
Burned 2685
Ate 1695
Deficit 990
Weekly deficit 5086 (I weigh in on Wednesdays)
So I should be at a 1.45 loss for this week, but as of this morning I'm up .2 from last week. It gets a little frustrating that I don't seem to lose as much as I think I should, but I am losing.
Moviegrl, you're so close to your goal. I bet the weight is coming off so much slower now than it did in the begining. But you're doing great sticking with it.
Melissa, I've read a lot of your blog, but not caught up to current. What you've done is so amazing to me. The weight seemed to just fall off of you in the begining. Reading about your crazy fluctuations has really helped me to see that my fluctuations are kind of normal, so thanks for taking the time to write it.
Ok, I need to figure out which day of the week I will use for keeping track of total calories lost. Mondays seem the easiest to do it.
Yesterday was day two of ttom and I was super tired from two days of very little sleep. Now I got a good night of sleep, so I should be able to do more today.

Weekly deficit from last Monday: 1285
I weigh in daily, but I'm up 2 pounds in the last three days because of TTOM. So funny to see how I am creating a deficit, but still gaining! LOL Lovely water!
I feel I'm doing pretty good with my food tracking. I usually actualy overestimate, but yesterday I did have sauerkraut, which has tons of sodium. So maybe I'm retaining a little water. Either way, the numbers are close enough that I'm seeing a pretty good loss & that makes me happy.
