Default Chocolate Banana Smoothie (yoplait) Question????

So I finally got a craving for a dessert and tried the chocolate banana smoothie by yoplait. It's 130 calories for one smoothie and I got quite full off it and it satisfied my craving. It was a bit "fake" tasting as you could taste the subsitute sugar in it and also it's chocolate flavored yogurt. My question is would these smoothies be a good alternative for lunch or breakfast as I'd love to find a filling yet easy low calorie meal on the go! I think I'll stick to the fruit flavors but the chocolate banana would be awesome when I'm looking for a dessert taste. Also any healthy dessert options would be great! I usually don't break into my cravings but today for dinner I ate spinach with grilled chicken plus did an hour of Tae-bo so I figured I need to eat something sweet once in awhile or I will break. Thanks for any help!

IMO, 130 calories is a snack not a meal. My meals are in the 300-400 calorie range for breakfast and lunch and 600-800 for dinner with snacks at 100-200 calories.

That said, if you like them, I don't see why you shouldn't have them. I'm not a fan of artificial sweeteners myself, but they do weird things to me. If you tolerate them well and consider them healthy, then go for it.
