What do you think about Dr OZ and his ideas, I heard he is joining up with weight watchers. My friend thinks everything he says in gospel. He sometimes drives me crazy talking about him especially when it come to dieting. He recommends choline and inositol. It is supposed to increase metabolism. He brought me a bottle, Anyone ever try it?
