We have about 6 weeks until our hot dates on Valentines day, either with or husbands, boyfriends, best friends, or couch & lovey movie! So let's feel the best we possibly can about ourselves on that day!!

Returning to for me
I am bummed. So, I took 2 weeks off of exercise & strict CC, & I plateau at 148.
Friday, I start counting again & 1/2 marathon training, drinking water like I should, & I gain 3 lbs. YES, I know it's water weight, but still!
count me in please :0) I am counting calories and working out at my gym.. overall, I am just looking to continue the "healthy" feeling I have been getting since starting this change.
Here and hoping to get shot, LOL! It is not everyday a person hears that phrase! In the time we have between now and when my DH and I go out for V-day (Feb 11th is our date), I want to be at 184... as of this morning, 2lbs of my crap weight is off, 3 more lbs to go for that, then 4 more after - hoping the crap weight will take some friends with it. Biggest goal is to watch every bit of food that goes into me and figure out the triggers for my medical problems though - once I have that figured out, I won't have to keep taking an hiatus from fitness due to flairs We totally got this girls.... make the goals and OWN them!
Hope to be at least 5 lbs less each month.
Final goal is 150 lbs, and it feels so close. I def want to stick to eating as healthy as I can 90% of the time. Planned cheats every once in awhile makes me feel more normal lol
My diet journal is complete so def need to get a new one, but until then I bought an app to keep track of my cals, def need to stay on top of that! Knowing my cals each day keeps me on track!
Also stick to 1200 cals a day as much as possible.
& Would like to join an actual gym to but waiting to see how layoff's go at my work first, plus I still have a killer pinch in my back

Like my new food obsession... Little Caesar's Garlic & Parmesan Wings... I love saucy foods & salty, this dang sauce, I want it everyday! Boo
Yesterday I ate almost 2000 calories. 1200 of that was dinner last night. 8 little bitty wings 90 cals each, 720'cals just for that, plus 2 pieces of thin crust pizza.
My fav jeans fit, but will fit better in 5 lbs... So close & all I want is wings!! Lol Going to try & figure out how to make a similar sauce to make so I can make my own chicken!
Just wanted to get that out!! Lol have a wonderful weekend ladies!!
Jill - I hate it when you try something and find out you love it ... especially something that doesn't fit in the calories so well
As for me - 189.4 this morning... so close to be being back to normal. That's a big drop, but considering it had to happen from a big gain... not pleased yet. Once I am below the "before quality baking time with kids" weight, THEN I will be happy Until then... hang in there girls, we totally got this!!
Hey everyone! Happy to be back to 3FC, my "holiday" was much too long.
My weigh-in yesterday was 190, though.. argh. TOM week is to blame for this, I'm sure of it... and maybe the holiday food I ate almost the entire break. Trying to get back on track! Good luck everyone
pinksparkles - you are not alone in the holiday oopsies - as we have all had some struggles with it...and I am just now starting to take off what I put on. Although mine was 5lbs to contend with Oopsies. You will get there though
