Is it ok that if I do not get my 5-6 veggie servings can I have a glass of V-8 Juice it has 2 servings and the one i got has 100mg sodium and 900 potassium.
When I was doing LAWL, V-8 did counted towards daily vegetables. Do remember the real thing has more fiber, and more filling. Unless you don't care for vegetable in general.

Oh I know the fiber and that but was just wondering cause sometimes I do not get the 5-6 servings and sometimes I am just too full to eat that much and thought just down a glass of juice for some extra.
