Okay so I had started a plan of action and this weekend destroyed it. I'm revising my plan. I think revising happens a lot in life.
Plan:
1200 calories intake
Workout when possible
Starting in January...cutting out excess sugars, wheat, etc.
Starting in February...cutting out high sugar fruits.
It will be my own version of a candida diet. I'm hoping it helps me. I know the sugar is a big thing. I love chocolate and all that kind of stuff but know how horrible it is for me. Hoping to get this plan going and maybe one day being able to have a piece of chocolate once in a while and it not being a big deal.
