Hope that helps!

Hi Jenn! Thanks for getting back to me on this. The guy on the phone didn't ask me for an email addy. Maybe i'll call back and talk with a customer service person about it. Hope you're doing ok. Just finished working out. I but a dvd from Target's (Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home...Walk Slim 5 REALLY BIG MILES (Toning Band included). I love Leslie's mile walks I do that when i'm having difficultly getting 'completely' through Jenna's Phase1 workout. I get the same quality workout with Leslie i'm finding just as i do with Jenna, actually may even be a bit more of a workout, lol! I know when i'm done with Leslie's dvd, i'm sweat'n like a hog dripping all over the place, and T-shirt soaking wet. So i know i've gotten a GREAT workout and feel like i haven't missed out on anything...it certainly is a good supplement.
Day 7 tomorrow!!!

Well ladies, I haven't start the method yet...waiting on materials to arrive. But I have started drinking the water. While I fell short on Friday, I met my 147 oz on both Saturday & Sunday!!
On a side note, I did a mid-week weigh in on Sunday...291, down 4 pounds from Thursday!!
I already have my water ready and my plan in place for today!! Have a fantastic day ladies and may 2012 be our year to get healthy!!!!

Hi lady's,
First off just wanted to say you all are doing a great job, keep up the good work I am new to this and am thinking of purchasing the P.I.N.K method. The only problem I have is that I work from 9pm to 7am. My lunch break is from 2am to 3am. Now on to my question. If I ate on a regular schedule, as if I was working a day shift, could I eat veggies at night if I were to get hungry.

Amber, I don't see a problem with that. There is no right or wrong time to eat veggies!! The main thing is that you have a plan and stick to it. Good luck!!

Hi, Amber,
The plan allows for you to eat unlimited raw veggies whenever you want (carrots, celery, green pepper, etc.). Enjoy!

Cindy thats good too. In my opinion, I think any exercise is good. Especially when we are just beginning. I still don't have my materials in the mail, though I did only order the day after Christmas. I was hoping to start today using the online recipes from VIP. I didn't do that though. Since I will be preparing most things at home on the weekend to take out of town with me, I need a preparation day...and it's no excuse, but my sister in law came over with my baby nephew (9 weeks), and I just didn't get everything prepared.
This week while I am working out of town, I plan on drinking all my water, and paying attention to portions as well as avoiding processed foods. Then I will prepare next weekend, hopefully with my PINK materials in hand.
Thank you all for the encouragement. I really think because of this support group, this will be a successful change of eating lifestyle for me!!

Hi Everyone. Today is my second day of the Pink Method. The problem I'm currently having is breakfast. I drank the breakfast smoothie yesterday and it made me feel really sick for a while. So today I had some egg whites for breakfast which count as a protein and i was hoping this would be a substitute for the protein powder in the smoothie. What do you guys think? Has anyone been on the program for a long period of time with successful results?

P.i.n.k
Sure, I'd like a support group. I started pink yesterday. Much tougher for me than Dukan was but I felt I needed more fruits and veggies after 8 months on Dukan and Atkins. I only have 25 lbs left to lose at this point. I like the idea of clean food and a structured exercise program. I normally don't lose easily with this many carbs but I'm willing to give it a try. My hair has been falling out which may be my hormones as well. I committed to sticking to it exactly for the entire month of January then I will see how I am feeling. I am hoping for more energy and a halt to my hair issue.

Hello All
I start reset in a few days and need help with the morning shake. I have a hard time with whey and hemp..both seem to upset my stomach from past experience.. What else can I use? Can I just omit the powder and have something in place? I could not find the answers in the book and the website that supports the diet is way too confusing. So excited that I found this!
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Hi Rebecca - Welcome!! I too have problems with whey. What I am going to use is from the Eat Right for Your Type website. It is a protein powder that is suitable for my blood type and chemistry. It is more expensive but you shouldn't have the stomach problems with it and all you need to know is your blood type.
I hope that helps.
