I like the Kardio -- I still modify it but am getting a bit better at keeping up. Sometimes though I feel like I would get a better workout with one of Leslie Sansone's Walking DVDs.

I don't find much difference between the Strength Push and Pull. I really like those. I haven't started using the weights with them yet, still working up to that. I didn't realize how out of shape I was until I started these exercises.

Yea, i know what you mean about Leslie's walking dvd's...the sweat just drips off me after doing one of those, LOL, but actually it dripped off with the Pink Kardio too. It's good that you're taking your time working up to the 'full' workout capacity of the Pink workouts...i should've done that too. Keep up the GREAT work you're doing girl!! ttyl!

Hi gals!! I've read quite a bit about the program however I haven't purchased it yet... my question is- has anyone had success with this that only had about 8-10 pounds to lose?? I'm a personal trainer so not working out is not an option for me, so I'm a little concerned with the first part (14 days from what I've read) being so low cal. Can anyone shed any light on this for me, what does it consist of?? Thanks so much and congrats to those who have lost the weight with this, I've read threw this thread and you all are doing so well!

The Reset part will last from 3-14 days depending on height and weight. I saw that you are 5'8"; if you weigh 150 lbs or less, you would be on Reset for 3 days; 160 lbs, 7 days; 170-180, 10 days; over that 14 days. Reset is designed to help get a jump start on weight loss and get used to eating healthier. It is very low carb; heavy on veggies; and light on meat.

I hope this helps!!

Thank you SO MUCH Peggy!! I'm 5'8 and 148 lbs so that helps When you say light on meat... how light is it?? Can you give me a sample? I'm a life long calorie counter, I track my micro and macro nutrients religiously (primarily because it's also my job, I work as a PT and nutritionist). I eat a TON of veggies, love them so that part would be no problem, just wondering about the rest of it. I can't find an online sample

Thanks for any feedback you can offer!

Howdy Gals! I am so happy that I came across this thread and wonderful sight! I am obviously new here, but I just ordered the Pink Method today. I have been researching since I saw this on Dr. Phil and The Doctors. I really do think it will be great for me! I am hoping to fall in love with the lifestyle change, and results I will see in my body! 5 years ago when I got pregnant with my daughter I weighed 100lbs. I don't want to be that tiny again as my body has completely changed! I do need to lose all of this baby weight though!

I am so excited to start this new journey to a better and healthier life! I wish it would get here now so I could read and get started! I want to know how long I will be on the reset for!!!

And to you gals that have kept with this, great job! I loved reading about your journeys!

Hi all. I am a newbie to this forum but came across it in a google search for the P.I.N.K. method. I recently lost about a total of 30 pounds doing a combo of exercising and the dukan diet. I am looking to take off about 30 more lbs and hopefully the PINk can do it for me. I have my kit and have read the first part of the book and will be starting Reset on Monday. So ready to see how this goes!!!

Hi everyone. I got my kit and am reading the book. I'm waiting to start because I am sick. I feel miserable and just want to curl up in bed all day (can't--single mom--two kids!). Once I am feeling better, I will start.

For those of you looking for protein powders, you can get them for a good price on amazon and I know you can order them at other online stores, too--don't know the prices.

Thanks for the inspiration!

Oh, yeah. I have a question. Does anyone have info on what kind of hemp protein is best? I see it for sale with percentage of protein ranging from 20-70. The stuff I got was 50%, I think. Organic.

Does PINK recommend a certain type of hemp protein? a certain percentage?

I wouldn't buy it for that, personally. Why spend $70 to lose a few pounds? You are not supposed to exercise during the initial "RESET" phase, but with so little to lose, you would only be on it for 3 days. You eat a protein smoothie for breakfast, 2 4 oz servings of low-calorie protein, and lots of veggies on RESET. Then you start exercising and add a second smoothie and a third protein, if I have that right. You should be able to lose the weight on the program, but maybe some other method would suit you better...?

Best wishes.

Trying out the PINK site. It's pretty lousy. Why would they launch it when it isn't even set up right? Reset is 7 days for everyone, and people have to manually change it by "restarting" on certain days? Seems like that should be a simple tech to solve--set it up before you launch the site maybe?

I am officially starting tomorrow! Still feeling a bit icky but I want to get going!

I'm new to this forum, although I've been reading it since starting PINK six days ago on Reset. I weighed today and I've lost 5 lbs., so it seems to be working. My concern/question is ... the first few days I was eating foods that really didn't appeal to me and I've had a tough time figuring out ways to "cook" my foods. Baked salmon and bunches of veggies just didn't inspire me, as I like to create exotic and tasty meals, so I started "dressing up" meats (example: made Mexican Chicken in the crock pot yesterday; recipe included 1 jar of salsa, 1 pkg. dry taco seasoning, cilantro and juice of 1 lime). Mostly, it was "spicy chicken" for dinner ... altho I did have a small portion of rice with it, as well as green beans. How do the rest of you "cook?" Can you and do you "dress up" your meals so they're tasty and satisfying, and can you give examples of ways you make your meals delicious while still adhering to PINK? A boring piece of baked salmon and a boatload of broccoli and cauliflower just don't cut it for me, or excite me to eat.
