Congrats on the baby.
My recommendation would be to pick a diet plan that is safe in all conditions. It's good that you're concerned about what you eat in regards to breastfeeding, but if you eat healthy whole foods, you'll be giving your body all that's needed to function optimally.
That being said, since you are breastfeeding, you want to make sure your diet is not really a diet, but a healthy lifestyle. Eat a balanced diet that includes all 3 primary macronutrients. Focus mainly on your calories for now. An easy 500 calorie deficit should work well.
You say you have your workout squared away. Can I ask what you're doing?
