Fat Flush Diet - Anyone here try it?

Flipped through the book in the bookstore - seems interesting but I thought I'd come on here and see if anyone actually found it useful

I have. In 2005 I lost 86 pounds on it. Felt great loved it. But it's hard to stay with no sugar, salt, flour, yeast, wheat, gluten, etc...and be normal. Know what I mean? I'm not a naturalist and the people that have the most enjoyment from this diet, are. Not to say I eat processed foods but it's tough to stay away forever. So, the weight came back quick. Take a look at my picture trail. I'd never steer anyone away from it. Good luck!
