Any advice on supplements on any diet plan?
I was in the vitamin section and reached for a bottle of Tonalin CLA (2000 mg) because I remember reading something about it then this lady said she loved the stuff and highly recommended it. I also grabbed a Chromium Picolinate (1000 mcg) because that kind of rang a bell too for me just don't remember where exactly I read about it. Anyone have any experience with these or any other vitamins/supplements?
I also take Udo's 3 6 9 blend and I love it. But I wonder if flax or fish oil is a better Omega oil?
