It took me 6 months to achieve my goal weight 5 years ago, and then I gained it all back x2. I need something to remind me how hard I am working to loose the weight. Also I love photography and food, combine all three and... viola!
Miaka - I normally am fine at time management and making time, but there are those weeks when everything hits at once and you have to prioritize. I am doing fine with my diet, so if I can't exercise then I am fine with that. My main priority right now is my Masters degree which I am paying a TON for. Cornell sure is not cheap. lol. Weight loss is dominantly diet, so if I stick to that during a week that I can't exercise then it will have to do. Ill get on the exercise when I can. It is a priority too, just not as high.
