ddc getting back to 140 Join Date: Feb 2007 Posts: 1,141 S/C/G: 155/154.2/140 Height: 5'7"	I don't think you really need a book. That said, I read the Fast-5 book free online. The premise is to just cut down on the time that you allow for eating.
