I'm a big snacker. The things I crave most are sweet things. As I was shopping the other day, I was looking for some type of snack bar that was lo-cal and I could just eat in between meals.
I randomly picked up a box of Glucerna bars, chcoloate peanut flavored. They are great! They seem to satisfy my sweet tooth and help me make until the next meal.
I also tried some of the Atkins bars, but I'm not as satisfied with those as I am with the Glucerna. They seem to be a little to rich for a snack, which makes me want to eat more than one.
Any other bar type snacks that people enjoy similar to these?
