I read the Amazon synopsis of the 17 day diet, plus the Amazon reviews, plus some of the thread here about the 17 day diet.
I've also read Tosca Reno's Eat Clean book.
Are they both pretty much the same thing? Seemed to me Cycle 1 of the 17 day diet is a lot like Tosca's Cooler 1, and Cycle 2 is a lot like Cooler 2. There are a few small differences, of course, (like the 17 day diet's focus on green tea), but overall they seem really similar.
Has anyone read both books? I'm just wondering if the 17 day diet book is a worthwhile purchase for me.
