My choice of modesty is to teach my 5yo daughter to respect her body and to know she can be beautiful. I don't want her to confuse "sleezy" with sexy. You can be sexy without tits hanging out.

Jen516... Way to go girl!!!! that is awesome!!!!

BrillMama2... Yeah I agree, beauty isn't about showing all your naughty bits. my mom always told me less is more, unless the subject is clothes lol That's wonderful you're teaching her from an early age, were not all that blessed to hear that from childhood. I always give my little sister lots of great feedback about her outside & inside beauty.

The fact that you can go to walmart and buy sexy cut panties like hipsters and boycuts and lacy panties and. Such for a 4year old is so wrong.... I accedently bought ultra lowrise jeans for her... didn't notice the big flippin lable that said ultra low till she had them on at home.. her but crack stuck out the top of the back and parely enuf height in the fron to cover her. I took em to the dump.. didn't even want to return cause I figured I would rather waist the money then let another girl get em........

WTG Jen!!! Thats awesome! I just started running- I have always ran on a treadmill but started doing it outside this time and if it wasn't for the heat I would prefer it sooo much more! I plan to keep running outside when I can but on my workdays I think I am going to have to treadmill it(its been over 100 here and stays that way until dark!) I did get up and run this morning though!

WTG I'm to embarrassed to even exercise in public. I feel like everyone will judge me even if I'm doing something positive.

Thanks ladies!! I'm still pretty excited. Headed out again with a friend tomorrow. Will be slower, I can feel it in my muscles today! And after a few months running, a lot of the jiggle clears right up! At least on the legs... but a tshirt covers the rest! Seriously, I've been so surprised at how quickly my muscles toned up! And I was never an exerciser before. I never liked to exercise out either and the gym scared me to death. Now I just don't care! :P

Hey, you know what? Screw those people. You're doing great things for yourself and your body. They're probably skinny fat, anyway! =P

Jen516 -- Awesome! Love hearing inspirational exercise stories!

I'm hoping for a loss tomorrow at weigh-in! This week has been pretty bad, scale-wise, but I did see a (tiny) loss today, so hopefully tomorrow will be better!

Hey Ladies! I am excited about WI tomorrow! I sure hope I have been good enough to get the scale moving! It has been down but you never know depending on what I eat when it jumps around A LOT. I am a heavy water retainer, I have seen up to 9lbs from day to day!!!

I don't worry about what anyone else things, I don't think I juggle a whole lot, definitely some but I don't care! Running is for me not for anyone else and If they don't have anything better to do with their time than worry about my jiggly-self running then they need to get a life!!! lol

I am contemplating getting up early to do my last c25k run of the week... I am never good at waking up early but its only 30 minutes, maybe I can make it happen

Also, I am looking for a new do! I got my hair done yesterday and EVERY time I do the same thing and so does my friend!!!(we both are professional stylists) We made a pact that we're both doing something different next time! We marked out 5 hours and called it super makeover day so we won't cut ourselves short and take more clients(like we usually do!)... SO excited! A different color and cut, hopefully I will lose a bit more of this second chin by then! lol
