IF and 5 hour energy
I'm trying to figure out how to get at least one 20-24 hour fast into my week. This week I tried dropping dinner on Friday, but it didn't work so next week I'm going to try dropping breakfast and maybe lunch on Friday.
My biggest hesitation with breakfast is that I'm a caffine junky and need at least one cup of coffee every morning, but I don't do black.
Ideally I like to just do a 5 hour energy, but I'm not sure it that's "allowed".
If I can't do that I think I could probably do a cup of unsweatened tea with an advil to ward off withdrawl. Opinions, tips?
