motivation i can't find any :/

  • Hi as the title says i dont have motivation, i have tried like bikini season but i give up when i dont see results. Do you guys and gals have any ideas on how to boost my confidence and get me back because i have been stuc kat 135 for about 3 weeks and im thinkin about givin up
    What do you suggest i eat for breakfast? or snack?
    for lunch i usually have a snadwhich and carrots. should i change that?

  • It depends on what you're having in your sandwich. Lean meats and veggies are good. If you're loading on a ton of ham and cheese, that isn't really helping. Are you using whole-wheat bread, or refined, white bread? All of these little choices can go into what happens with your body.

    You also need to fill up on more fruits and veggies - fruits and veggies make awesome snacks!

    What are your portions like for dinner? If you can provide more details about what you're eating, that'd be helpful.
