I have been on a ton of different diets and I am only 21! I have decided to get back on track of my weight and my confidence level by NOT dieting. I think the more I count calories the more stressed out I become. So my plan this time around is just eat things that are mainly whole and pure. Veggies, Fruits, Protein shakes, Organic protein bars, low-fat cheese, and LOTS of water!
