Anything that I've found on these boards is from a long time ago. So, I thought I'd start a new thread to see if there is anyone out there doing the Fat Flush Plan by Ann Louise Gittleman. I lost successfully in 2005 (77 lbs in 6 months) but lost my way and put it back on in a couple of years. So the last couple of years I've done everything (trying not to go back on FF) and have been working out like a fiend. ONly to see the weight trickle off and on....So, I'm back to what works for me. Started week 1 on Monday (as of yesterday down 5 lbs). Not bad for 3 days. :) So, if there is anyone....I'd love to hear from you.

I'm doing the Fat Flush Plan again and was wondering if anyone on the board was using this or Fat Flush for Life?
