Hi,
For the last week I've been trying to really keep my carb count down - it is so difficult! I am a huge carb gal but I'm generally good about not eating too many sweets, fried foods or fast foods. I've found that as I get into my late 40's my weight is just so stubborn. I've finally decided to try to limit my carb intake and hope to drop 15-20 lbs over time.
Someone mentioned South BEach to me today and I was really surprised to see where even on the Phase One I could eat legumes and some fruits. Can that really work? If I could have beans my life might be complete
I'd appreciate any feed back on low carb eating, esp. how SB works and if it is a good choice.
Thanks so much!
Laurie
