Unhappy Cottage Cheese

ok so i am about to start a new diet and alot of the breakfast and snack options are combined with cottage cheese...i just cant bring myself to eat it! what would yall suggest to substitute for it?

Depending on the diet and the food you're combining it with... Greek yogurt with fruit, light cream cheese...uh... regular yogurt... sour cream... (Again depending on what you're using the cottage cheese for).

I would substitute with plain unsweetened greek yogurt.
