I've been trying to do some research on Omega-3 supplements and have been kind of going around in circles. Some say Flax is better because there is no fishy taste, others say Fish is better because of the fatty acids EPA and DHA. Now I'm finding information about Krill Oil being more potent then fish.
Does anyone have any advice for me?
No on the Flax because of the ratio of 3 & 6, fish is ok but hard to tell the shelf life, if it is rancid and therefore potent enouch. I take krill. It is small, no taste and I've read only good things. Only downside is the price.
