Have any of you ladies tried the Special K diet? Did it work for you or is it a waste of time?

1 happy dance for every 5lb lost -- Nothing lost yet
Waste of time...you might lose a little at first, but you can't stck it out for very long by this way of eating....I still like the cereal and bars, but WW gives more options and structure for the long run....
