After doing the Weight Watchers Points Plus program I decided to try calorie counting. The new Points Plus program was much different thant their original and I found I wasn't losing much weight at all. Their previous program was much more successful.
I'm new to calorie counting. My biggest question is how many calories I should be taking in each day to function properly, not what my deficit should be.
Anyone know of any calculators for this? Most I found just calculate the deficit.
In addition to calorie counting I intend to complete one hour of 'sweaty' exercise each day. I have a Gazelle Edge, and believe it or not...that thing gives you quite a work out! haha
But I need to learn about calorie counting and what my goal SHOULD be! Safety is my overall concern.
