Default Guilty

I feel so guilty for not sticking to my diet or my work out routine. I made sure that this time would be different by making sure that I ate plenty of calories so that I would not feel hungry and my work out routine is reasonable. And because a personal situation my entire plan went down the drain. I feel horrible I realized I am not as strong as I originally thought. A break up lead me not to over ate but to lose complete motivation in losing weight. Ugh I am trying to crawl out of this huge upsetting hole. I am hoping to find the strength I need soon. Any advice would be great. It makes me angry to know that an event I had no say in, like a person breaking up with me, would completely mess up my entire plan up. But I need to take control back......I just need a few more days

Try to omit sugar and white flour from your diet; that always gives me incentive to do well.

Sorry about your break up, but maybe it's a good thing. Now you can focus all on yourself. You don't know how many threads are started every week about BF/GF/SO/DH/DW getting all pissy and jealous and freaked out when their SO begins losing weight. It really is unreal how many people want their SO to stay fat so they can beat them down & keep them down. In a way you are lucky this happened now before you realized what a jerk you were with and had to dump him/her after you lost a bunch of weight and became more confident. This person really did do you a HUGE favor.

Hang tough, get it done.
