i gained all my lost weight plus 20 lbs over a year so i am trying this journey again.
My neighbor showed me this book and reading it it kinda make sense so i chose somersizing way.
Anyways, this is the end of the week 1 and I lost 7lbs.
Now i am really craving junk food,... especially GrahmCraker Cake... what do you guys do when your body is craving stuff like that?
July 2015: 200lbs ==> 190.8lbs
Aug 2015: 190.8lbs ==> 170.8lbs. 110.5 miles walked
Sept 2015: 171.6 ==>161lbs. 126 miles walked
Oct 2015: 161 ==>154lbs
May 2016: 183 ==>171lbs
November 2016: 185lbs ==180lbs> lbs
December2016: 180lbs ==...lbs> lbs
