i gained all my lost weight plus 20 lbs over a year so i am trying this journey again.
My neighbor showed me this book and reading it it kinda make sense so i chose somersizing way.
Anyways, this is the end of the week 1 and I lost 7lbs.
Now i am really craving junk food,... especially GrahmCraker Cake... what do you guys do when your body is craving stuff like that?
July → October 2015: 200lbs → 154lbs
November 2016 → Present: 185lbs → 156lbs
