Hello chicks!!!
I know that popcorn was topic in many threads here, at 3FC, but I have a question about Walmart popcorn...

After analyzing the information that comes on the packages I ask you:


Can it be true that 30g of popped popcorn (whole bag) has only 20 calorie? And a Caramel Glazed flavor???

And how can the difference in unpopped and popped popcorn exist between the Caramel Glazed and light butter flavors?
Shouldn’t it be the same amount on both, since the size of the grains are the same???

Am I missing something here??
Please help me understand it!!!

How many servings per bag are there - usually it'll say 15 or something - like 15 cups of popcorn are in the popped bag...not just one cup.

shows the 20 calories for one cup, you just need to multiply that by the number of cups it has in the popped bag.
