Hello everyone, I'm new so apologies if this is already covered somewhere!
Has anyone any opinions on the protein shake diet? If I remember correctly its 2 shakes per day plus a low carb meal. The shakes I have a roughly 200 cals each, 22.5g protein, 1g sat fat and 7g carbs including milk so this plan would only be around 800-1000 cals a day. I did slimfast a few years ago, and while I wouldnt do it again as I dont think the shakes are very good for me personally, Once I got in to the routine I loved how hassle free it was to only have to eat once a day!
Does anybody have any thoughts? Im looking to lose around 2 stone (30 pounds)
