Exercise and plateaus?
A couple of times now I've tried ramping up my daily exercise and I've ended up stalling out the scale. I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out!
When I burn about 200 calories with exercise per day and eat POP, I lose consistently 2-2.5 lbs per week. If I burn more (400-500 calories per day) and eat POP my losses stall out or are quite small (0.5 lb or less per week).
I don't eat more when I exercise more. I generally try to plan out workouts to end at a time I'd be eating a regular snack. I've tried to keep everything else consistent (types of food, amount of water, timing of meals, etc) and still see the scale stall with more calories burned per day.

The truth is, if you're not failing then you're not really reaching & really trying. If you don't like the outcome of a situation, learn from it, make corrections & reapproach wiser & stronger until you achieve your goals."
