Are there supplements that you routinely take as part of your diet? eg. to help controlling the cravings or to enhance fat burn/carb control?
I heard chromium picolinate is good, but before I start buying stuff I would like to hear if you guys have tried things, if they work, how they make you feel and when you take the supplements...
