I've lost a total of 53lbs, 18 inches. I've gone from a size 18 to a size 12 in seven months just working out and eating right. I eat 4-6 times a day, small portions, I've been doing beach body workout programs and I feel great!
But I still have 30 pounds to go, and my trouble area is my upper thigh thru hip area. I just can't seem to tone this part of my body. I'm about to try Brazil Butt Lift for the first time, but I wanted to know if anyone has got any advice on how to target that specific area?
