Hi there, I am starting a new diet tomorrow, yeah! I need to lose around 30 lbs. I have the fat smash diet and made it through the first 8 days around 3 months ago. I am also looking at the extreme fat smash diet. Which is better to do, saner and where I will lose the most weight. Of course I want to lose as much as I can quickly.
Also, can anyone post a few days recipes or the actual meal plan of the extreme fat smash? I have the reg. fat smash book and have ordered extreme on Amazon but it wont be here for a while.
Does anyone want to go on this diet as well with me and be buddies? Im sure I will need the support.
