Question You: On a Diet

Anybody here read the book and follow the diet/lifestyle plan of You: On a Diet by Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen? I couldn't seem to find a thread for this book/idea. Have you had success with it?

I have it and I absolutely love it!
I own several books on weight loss and this one has the most useful information I use.
I don't follow the plan to the T, but I always find myself going through the pages to see what other tips I missed.

I am below my goal weight!

July-Size 14
Currently-Size 4

Calorie counting and consistency changed my life.

Training for first 26K marathon (March 2011)

Thank you for posting this question. I walk pass this book all the bookstore and it is a bit intimidating to have to read something that large while in college reading a ton already. Since I am on winter break I can catch up on pleasure reading. I absolutely love Dr. Oz and I have his daughter's book that he helped her write, The Dorm Room Diet and I've yet to read that one as well!
