Has anyone heard of or tried a diet plan called Power Protein? I have a friend who tried it and she was on it for 8 weeks and reached her goal weight and kept it off. This is a plan that is monitored by a doctor and is supposedly safe? I like to work out and am wondering if this diet provides enough nutrition for the calories I burn? Any information would be helpful.
Never heard of Power Protein, but PROTEIN POWER has been around for some time. It's a low carb plan. Could that be what you are talking about? When I googled Power Protein, Protein Power was all that came up.
