A question about "French Women Don't Get Fat"
 

I was wondering as I was looking over this old book I bought on a whim one day, did anyone ever lose weight using the principles outlined in the book?

She wrote some more of these kinds of books, so I was just wondering....

ummmmm I have a 2nd hand copy too, keep meaning to try harder to read it.

If her basic premise was 'eat what you enjoy but in small quantities", then I guess that's more or less what I'm doing; but I might have completely mis-remembered.
