I was wondering if anyone has tried or known someone who has tried the Dunakn Diet. It is a lot like Atkins I think (although I am not certain) but it is a high protein diet. The first three days all you can eat is protein and then after that you alternate between protein days and protein and vegtable days.
If anyone has any comments about what they know or heard I would appreciate it. I need to try something knew (besides counting calories) but am having trouble finding a 'diet' program that works for me.
