I am struggling to find a weekday breakfast that will end up being low / no carb. Eating breakfast type foods in the morning isnt to important to me, and I am really just looking for recommendations on types of food.
Currently I have a protein shake and a shot of apple cider vinegar.
I make mini crustless quiches and then just pop them in the microwave for breakfast, I'll use egg, cheese, spinach, cut up ham or bacon, etc. I would make them once a week by cooking them in a cupcake pan and then just nuke them for like 15 seconds or until they were hot and I'd enjoy them
