I was curious what people thought about making the decision and implementing a plan to lose weight while on their period. Does it matter when you start? I know for me, at least, I always feel heavier, less motivated, and my entire digestive system is a little bit screwy. Would y'all recommend starting after TOM or just biting the bullet and starting right away? (If there's already a thread for this, I apologize, I'm still figuring out how this forum works.)
Eh, i would just go for it. You're not going to go off plan every time you go on your period, every month, right? Start today and be extra kind to yourself!
The first two or three days of my TOM I'm usually in a lot of pain, my stomach feels upset and bloated and my appetite is really quite decreased. So for me it would be a great time to start, on the other hand, right before a period I could eat anything put in front of me lol
