I've been browsing the forum for the past few hours posting replies and suddenly felt really hungry. I know timing is really bad seeing that it is the middle of the night but I couldn't shake the hunger. So in light of myself I went and concocted the following:
-3 large romaine lettuce leaves
-3 handfuls alfalfa sprouts
-1 tbsp Dijon mustard
-3 tsp finely shredded light Swiss cheese
I evenly spread the Dijon onto all three lettuce leaves, then spread out 1 handful each of alfalfa sprouts on each leaf and added 1 tsp of the shredded cheese on each one as well. Finally I wrapped the individual lettuce leaves lengthwise as if they were tortilla bread.
I was a little skeptical but they tasted pretty good and I feel satisfied. Just thought I'd share a simple yet healthy snack with everyone.
