Anyone know much about the Milk diet? My favorite beverage is an ice cold glass of skim milk...... I know, thank God it's skim I love and not whole milk........ but someone told me that I shouldn't even be drinking the skim milk So just how much can I drink everyday? Any feedback on this so called Milk diet?

I love an ice cold glass of skim milk too. Especially out of a glass bottle. I haven't heard of a milk diet but I have heard that dieters who incorporate milk into their diet lose more weight. There are arguments for and against milk. My opinion is it can't be worse for me than soda.

Is it actual diet or just the studies that show adding 2 servings of low fat milk /dairy to you diet will help lose weight?
