What's TOPS?
 

I've got a bunch of weight to lose. I was once a lifetime with WW, but I can't afford to go back to their meetings. I've stumbled acrossed TOPS. Can anyone explain what TOPS is? Their website makes it seem like it's a support system along with rewards, etc. and not a weight loss plan. If so, I'd be interested! Anyone familiar? Thanks!!

When I used to belong to Tops (take off pounds sensibiliy) it was a non profit organization for losing weight. You followed your own diet and then weighed in with them and got encourgement and stuff. It was a great group.

My mom and I were in TOPS a long time ago, it's like weight watchers without the diet plan. There are meetings to help support you through your weight loss but everyone is generally dieting differently. The meetings I went to, if you lost weight you got a prize from the prize box that everyone submitted little things to. There were also conventions in different cities to go to where you met other members and had a great time.
