have been wondering about the Cookie Diet. I have a friend at work that tried it last summer for a couple of months and lost weight. Not doing it now just maintaining.Worked for her. She is a little thing now.
. 300.00 or 400.00 is something that i`m not able to part with right now.(or want to that bad).
Found a cookie diet recipe.baked it tonight .Tweak it abit. really good.Just hard to limit yourself to two...lol
Whole Wheat flour, real butter, coconut oil,fruit,nuts,oats,bran,honey,eggs.I also use Whey protein for some of the flour, brown sugar(splenda brand).Doesnt have a calorie count.
Anyone else tried this before?
Did a search and all post on this topic is dated last year down to 2001. Other than a couple in Jan.or feb. nothing else. I guess either it didnt work or maybe it did and your maintaining.....
