Breakdown of Food Triangle
I was wondering what the breakdown of food daily is that we should have to help lose weight. Like how many carbs, fats, proteins. I keep hearing of 30/30/40 is how people should go, but don't know what it is.
I'm supposed to have an 1800 calorie plan to lose weight with the exercise I'm doing (fitness videos/running, etc). So I need a break down, because I have no idea where to start. Please help me by giving me idea's of foods, etc. Thanks.
