I've been looking around this site and saw various diets, counting calories etc...I've tried counting calories before but it kinda messed up my head until in the end I was scared of eating anything basically..
what I'm wondering is if I will lose weight by eating stuff I think is healthy? without thinking about calories etc. What I eat is seafood, chicken, egg, vegetables, fruit, 100% wholegrain bread, oatmeal...whole grain stuff in general, nuts and seed...and I drink lots of water and organic green tea.. I mean..is that ok? will it work in the long run? am I missing something important that I should be eating? I eat every 3-4 hours.. Does this sound like a good idea or should it be improved?
