Default Stomach Problems due to diet? help!

Hey girls so I started this diet about a month and a half ago and it's been hard like any diet but this has been extra difficult. I cut out all the crap food pizza, ice cream, lattes, cookies all of that but lately I have been having really bad stomach problems. Not being able keep food (not always but sometimes) really bad stomach pains and not to gross you out but I have had the runs a few times. Has this ever happened to any of you? I have been to the doctor and he said nothing is wrong that is due to the change in my diet. Just some reassurance that I am not going to die from you ladies is much appreciated

Which diet are you doing? When I re-started at the end of May, I tried low-carb. I got the runs from drinking too much water. Now that I'm on low GI, calorie-monitored, I can drink the same amount of water, with no ill effects.

No disrespect to the many successful low-carbers but it did not suit my system and I had to try something different.

maybe it's the extra grains or some type of dairy you're eating now that you never did before. maybe you have a dairy or wheat sensitivity?

that was my first thought.

my second thought was that you could be eating more cruciferous veggies that are hard on your stomach at first (broccoli, cabbage, etc) OR fibrous beans like chickpeas, etc.
